I can’t play can I get a refund?

Unfortunatly tickets are not refundable, just pass it on to a friend

What happens if the event is cancelled?

It has never happened yet, however in the unlikely event don’t worry, any postponed events will be rescheduled for future dates. For postponed bookings accounts will be credited and priority dates given for rescheduled bookings. Any affected tickets will be given advanced access to the UK quiz events.
